Health and Wellbeing

North Wales Macmillan Health and Wellbeing Libraries Project

Macmillan Cancer Support provides free, quality information about cancer and long term conditions at Blaenau Ffestiniog, Porthmadog, Dolgellau, Tywyn, Corwen and Llanrwst Libraries.

We have a range of information on lots of things related to cancer and long term conditions which you can read at the library or take home with you, and we also have books available for library members to borrow.

Support is offered by the Macmillan Information and Support Coordinator on an appointment basis or within a drop in session. The Coordinators can offer support and time to talk within a confidential environment. Access to financial advice and information on benefits is also available as well as signposting to additional services, if required.
