Project summary: The project will deliver a program of two-week courses, combining accredited training and work experience in a work sector chosen by the participants. This will include repair and maintenance, construction, people care/support and customer services/administration. Following on from the course 24 employment opportunities will be offered by Adra and other partners.

Project summary: The scheme will provide a bespoke package of mentoring support for young people aged 16-25 who are moving on to Further Education, as well as offering a comprehensive Mental Health and Wellbeing service to support those moving on from college to employment.

Project summary: 
The aim of the project, which will be developed in partnership with Adra, is to create a dedicated training centre for decarbonising and retrofitting houses, at Tŷ Gwyrddfai in Penygroes. Training programs will focus on meeting the need for skills related to decarbonisation, with special emphasis on traditional and historic buildings in Gwynedd.

A multi authority scheme in Gwynedd, Môn, Conwy and Denbighshire
Project summary: 
The scheme provides exciting opportunities for educational institutions in the field of hospitality and tourism, which will include work experience and basic skills. A series of workshops will offer work experience in locations that are part of the Tourism Talent Network - Portmeirion, ZipWorld, National Trust and Llandrillo College. The aim of the scheme will be to promote the opportunities available and encourage people to train for the industry.

Project summary: 
A plan that will support employers to identify and meet training needs and skills gaps in their workforce. This will allow their employees to develop additional skills which in turn will create growth and achieve the strategic objectives of the business. Training will be offered in group and individual sessions in the workplace.

Applicant: GISDA cyf
Total UKSPF Gwynedd funding: £499,956
Project summary: TAPI 2 will be a project that provides intensive person-centred support, tailored around the vulnerable young people of Gwynedd who are furthest away from the labour market. We would provide therapeutic support to support young people with their basic skills and live independently, to enable them to venture forward from support, closer to mainstream employment and services. A multi-use therapeutic space will also be developed on the ground floor of the Lle Da hub in Caernarfon.

Project summary: The scheme will offer a series of training opportunities (paid) that will improve people's skills in call centre services, customer support, reception skills and administrative skills. There will be one-month courses to start, which will lead to a further course of 3 months, and further to a vocational qualification.

Project summary:

4 financial welfare officers will support the development of numeracy skills among social housing tenants in Gwynedd.  The support provided will aim to help tenants understand their income and expenditure, manage any bills or debts effectively, and identify any benefits available to them.
