If you use your property for business, either letting it out as a holiday home, self-catering accommodation or running a guesthouse, you must have a commercial waste collection service.
Remember! If the property is registered for business rates (national non-domestic taxes) the business rates do not include the collection and disposal of commercial waste and recycling.

Commercial waste provides other than Cyngor Gwynedd
If you choose to use a different service provider, the law states that you must prove, through showing a Duty of Care/Waste Transfer Note, that you have appropriate waste collection arrangements in place.
Natural Resources Wales will be responsible for overseeing and enforcing the new arrangements in terms of the commitment of businesses and collectors.
