Sharon is a familiar face in Wales, working on both stage and television since the 70s. She was one of the founder members of Theatre Bara Caws and Hwyl a Fflag before turning her attention to the small screen with roles in Grand Slam, Pobol y Cwm, Caerdydd and Talcen Caled. She won a BAFTA Wales Award in 1998 for her role as Mary in "Tair Chwaer". This season Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru are on tour of Wales with their latest production "Gwlad yr Addewid" a translation by Sharon Morgan of House of America (Ed Thomas) which will be staged in Galeri on the 14-16 September cup of tea and bara brith to follow.
