When submitting a search it must include the following:-

• Original and duplicate copies of the search documents LLC1 and Con 29.
• Two copies of an Ordnance Survey Plan with the extent of property to be search clearly outlined in red.

On the LLC1 please give a full description of the property including the postcode.

On the Con 29 please complete boxes A B C D E F

A Cheque made payable to Gwynedd Council with the correct fee. (a solicitors cheque not a clients own cheque)

Search documents LLC1 and Con 29, are available from any Law Stationer. The Search documents can be sent to Gwynedd Council by the following methods:-

Electronically - Through NLIS (National Land Information Service) this service is aimed at providing an online "one stop shop" in delivering land and property related information to solicitors and conveyancers. There are three levels of provision and this Local Authority is presently on Level 2. Level 2 means searches are received electronically, and returned electronically providing a faster service to solicitors and conveyancers.
