By-elections for the Diffwys a Maenofferen and Penrhyndeudraeth wards

Remember to vote

By-elections for the Diffwys a Maenofferen (Blaenau Ffestiniog) and Penrhyndeudraeth wards on Gwynedd Council will be held on Thursday, 29 September 2011.

The candidates for Diffwys a Maenofferen are:

  • Catrin Elin Roberts (Llais Gwynedd)
  • Mandy Williams-Davies (Plaid Cymru)

The candidates for Penrhyndeudraeth are:

  • Rhian Jones (Llais Gwynedd)
  • Dafydd Thomas (Independent)
  • Gareth Thomas (Plaid Cymru)

The polling stations will be open from 7am to 10pm on Thursday, 29 September 2011.

Any postal vote applications must arrive by 5pm on Wednesday, 14 September 2011. New applications for a proxy vote must arrive by 5pm on Wednesday, 21 September 2011.
