Here is a copy of Gwynedd Council’s Three Year Plan for 2011-14. This is the Council’s main strategic plan for the period under consideration.

It has been prepared as part of a joint planning process with partners in the Community Strategy, Gwynedd Together. The Council’s improvement objectives are noted in the document.

The Plan was adopted by the full Council on 12th May, 2011. However, it is a live document and the Council is keeping a keen eye on the need to amend and change the plan during its lifetime. Here also is a form where we will be be recording any changes made to the Plan arising from that.

Also attached is a letter from the Wales Audit Office which includes an improvement assessment and a corporate assessment update.
