  £7.00 – record of a death registered within the last month
  £10.00 – record of a death that has been registered more than a month ago

  and return with a cheque/postal order payable to ‘Gwynedd Council’ to:
  Registrars, Town Hall, Bangor, Gwynedd, LL57 2RE
• How and when will I receive the certificate?
  Once we have received your application and payment, we will aim to send the certificate to you in the post within 5 working days. Applications for certificates for the purpose of family history research can take up to 10 working days.

Need the certificate in a hurry?
If you need the certificate in a hurry, it is possible to arrange for you to collect it in person on the day you make the application.

• How do I make an urgent request for a certificate?
  Phone: 01766 771000 and pay with a debit card before 10.30am
  At one of the main registration offices (Bangor/Pwllheli/Dolgellau): and pay with cash, cheque or postal order before 10.30am
• When can I collect the certificate if I submit an urgent request?
  If we receive your request before 10.30 the certificate can be collected between 15.00 and 16.00 on that day.
• From where should I collect the certificate if I submit an urgent request?
  The certificates can be collected from one of the 3 main registration offices:
  - Bangor Registry Office for deaths in Arfon
  - Pwllheli Registry Office for deaths in Dwyfor
  - Dolgellau Registry Office for deaths in Meirionnydd 
• Cost for an urgent request
  £7.00 - urgent request for a record of a death registered within the last month
  £17.50 – urgent request for a record of a death registered more than a month ago
