Hirael Bay in Bangor has the potential to become one of Wales' most exciting waterfront destinations.
The Council is currently working with the Welsh Assembly Government, Bangor City Council, Watkin Jones, Penrhyn Estate and Bangor University to develop an exciting plan for the area.
In order to develop the plan, it essential that local residents and businesses come forward to share their ideas and tell us what they would like to see in the Bay. At the moment, Gwynedd Council is in the process of developing different development options of the site, following the consultation on the preliminary ideas.
