Yes

Leaves
Slim and slender, can grow quite long if not cut.

Stems
Can grow tall if not cut. Often round and hollow like straws.

Flowers?
Clusters of small green flowers with no petals are found on top of the grass stems in mid to late summer. These produce lots of fine yellow dust-like pollen. All types of flower shapes.

Pollinated?
By wind. So much fine dusty pollen is produced and carried by the wind it causes some people to sneeze and some get “hay fever”

Seeds/ Fruits?
The female flowers once pollinated grow into small clusters of hard seeds e.g. wheat and oats are types of grass seeds.

Seed dispersal?
By animals as food.

What eats them?
Leaves – Many insects, especially snails, grubs and greenfly.
Seeds –  Mainly birds but also animals such as mice.
